Our mild fasting program is a gentle yet effective way to detox your body without giving up food entirely. You’ll enjoy light, plant-based meals that are easy to digest, low in carbohydrates and sugars, and rich in nutrients. This approach gives your digestive system a break while still providing energy and satiety. Ideal for those who want to support their liver, reduce inflammation, or lose weight in a balanced and sustainable way. Mild fasting is the perfect middle ground between full fasting and regular eating – with plenty of room for relaxation, movement, and mindful self-care.

Mild Fasting

In the juice fasting program, you’ll receive three fresh, cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices each day, packed with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes to support your body’s detox process. In the evening, we serve a warming, nourishing soup—giving you something hearty without interrupting the cleansing effect.

During your stay, you can easily switch between juice fasting and mild fasting, depending on what your body needs and how you feel throughout the week.

During your Wellness Retreat, you'll enjoy pure, nourishing meals – primarily vegetarian, with optional fish served a few times. The menu is low in carbohydrates and sugars, and carefully designed to support recovery and balance. Each day, we serve a fresh breakfast, a light lunch, and a flavorful dinner. By the end of the week, your body will feel refreshed, energized, and fully recharged.

Q: Can I switch between juice fasting and mild fasting?

A: Yes, absolutely! Just discuss it with one of our team members at the start of the day.

Q: I’m not sure which program I want to follow.

A: Unsure whether to choose juice fasting or mild fasting? No problem! Upon arrival, you'll have a personal intake conversation with one of our team members, who will help you decide which nutrition program best suits you.

Q: Can I switch between juice fasting and the whole food program?

A: No, the whole food program is only offered during our Wellness Weeks at Casa Conmigo. During these weeks, juice or mild fasting is not available.
