Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cauliflower (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 30 grams chickpea flour or cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
1. Finely blend the cauliflower and onion in a blender or food processor, then transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
2. Add the chickpea flour, garlic powder, salt, and optional water. Mix well until it forms a cohesive dough.
3. Divide the dough into 6 portions and shape them into flat patties.
4. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the hashbrowns for 4 to 5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip them over.
5. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on the other side until crispy and golden brown.
