80 g ground chia seeds (blend for 1 minute) or chia seed flour
115 g almond flour
30 g coconut flour
240 ml lukewarm water
Pinch of salt
Olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
Make the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chia flour, almond flour, coconut flour, and a pinch of salt.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead with your hands for 1–2 minutes until it forms a cohesive dough ball.
Divide the Dough:
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Roll Out the Wraps:
Grease two sheets of baking paper with a little olive oil.
Roll one portion of dough into a small ball and place it between the greased baking papers.
Press the dough flat with your hands, then use a rolling pin to roll it out to 2–3 mm thickness.
Remove the top layer of baking paper.
Use a small plate or pan as a guide to cut a perfect round wrap.
Cook the Wraps:
Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Carefully flip the wrap onto the pan, removing the baking paper once it’s in place.
Cook for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for 1 minute on the other side.
Serve or Store:
Transfer the cooked wrap to a plate and fill it with your favorite ingredients.
Store wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze them for longer storage. When freezing, defrost in the refrigerator for 1 hour before use.
Tips
To ensure the wraps are pliable, do not overcook them.
For added flavor, mix herbs or spices (like garlic powder, paprika, or dried basil) into the dough.
These wraps work well with both savory and sweet fillings!
