Ingredients

For Yogurt A (Red):

• 300 g strawberries and raspberries
• 100 g raw cauliflower
• 100 ml coconut milk
• 25 g chia seeds

For Yogurt B (Orange):

• 150 g mango
• 150 g grated carrot
• 200 ml coconut milk
• Juice of half a lime
• 25 g chia seeds

For Yogurt C (Green):

• ½ avocado
• 1 ripe banana
• 100 g raw broccoli
• 300 ml coconut milk
• Juice of half a lemon
• 25 g chia seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare one yogurt at a time:
   • Add the fruit and vegetables for one yogurt variant to a blender or food processor.
   • Add the coconut milk and lemon or lime juice.
   • Blend until smooth and creamy.
   • Stir in the chia seeds using a spoon and transfer the mixture to a glass jar or container with a lid. Refrigerate.
2. Repeat:
   • Repeat the process for the other two yogurt variants (A, B, and C).
3. Serving:
   • Let the yogurts sit in the refrigerator overnight to allow the chia seeds to thicken the mixture.
   • The next day, divide the yogurt into individual portions and serve.
