Frequently Asked Questions
A: The retreat week always begins on a Monday, and the length of your stay can be 6, 10, or 13 nights, depending on your preference.
A: The Fasting Retreat includes transfers from Faro airport to Casa Conmigo and back, a 25-minute massage, two 25-minute lymphatic drainage sessions, access to the spa, jacuzzi, and pool, two excursions, daily walks, relaxercise or yoga, aqua jogging or body shape three times a week, one detox face mask in your room, a fasting programme with fresh juices, soups, and vegan meals, plus a personal intake and final report.
A: The Wellness Retreat offers all the same amenities as the Fasting Retreat, but instead of fasting, you’ll have healthy vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.
A: You choose the flights that suit you best, and we’ll arrange the transfers around that. You’re welcome to use our facilities throughout the day on both your arrival and departure days. Check-in for your room is at 2pm, and check-out is at 11am.
A: If we have availability, you can stay an extra night until Monday, with check-out at 11am. The cost is €200 for a single room or €175 per person for a shared room during a fasting week, and €217 for a single room or €192 per person for a shared room during a wellness week. Please contact us by email to arrange this.
A: You can reserve an option on a room by noting it on the reservation form.
A: Yes, you can stay for 4 nights at Casa Conmigo followed by 7 nights at Vila Mimosa. You’ll arrive at Casa Conmigo on a Monday and be transferred to Vila Mimosa on Friday evening. Contact us for a customised price and package.
A: If you have a room preference (e.g. ground or upper floor, garden side, a particular room), we’ll do our best to accommodate it but can’t guarantee it. Many guests have room requests, which sometimes makes it difficult for us to accept longer stays. If you want to guarantee a specific room or request, we charge an additional €7 per night.
A: To confirm your booking, we ask for a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival.
A: You can cancel free of charge up to 29 days before your arrival. If you cancel between 28 and 14 days before your stay, 50% of the total cost is due. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the cost is due. We charge a €20 administration fee for any cancellations.
A: Flights are not included in the retreat. The following airlines regularly fly to Faro from Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Maastricht, Weeze, Brussels, or Charleroi:

A: If you need to cancel unexpectedly due to illness, accident, or similar reasons, make sure you have travel insurance, or you can take out our cancellation option. You’ll find more information on this here.
