A: Your wellness journey at Vitalisé Portugal begins with a transfer from Faro to Vila Mimosa and back. During your stay, you’ll enjoy a 25-minute massage, two 25-minute lymphatic drainage sessions, access to the spa, jacuzzi, and swimming pool, two excursions, walks, aqua jogging, body shaping, yoga, and relaxercise classes. You’ll also have a refreshing detox face mask available in your room and can experience our fasting programme with fresh juices, soups, and vegan meals. To top it off, you’ll receive a personal intake and final report for a complete wellness experience.
A: Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is before noon. On your arrival and departure days, you are welcome to stay the whole day and join all activities.
A: Arrivals are only possible on Fridays.
A: You can choose to stay for 7, 11, or 14 nights.
A: You can place a hold on a room by indicating this on the reservation form.
A: You can stay 4 nights at Casa Conmigo followed by 7 nights at Vila Mimosa. You’ll arrive on Monday at Casa Conmigo and be transferred to Vila Mimosa on Friday evening. Contact us for a tailored price and package.
A: If you have a room preference (e.g., ground floor or upper floor, garden side, a specific room), we will try to accommodate it, but we cannot guarantee availability. Many of our guests have room requests, so it's sometimes impossible to accept longer stays. If you want a guaranteed room or request, we charge an additional €7 per night.
A: For business owners: the cost of the retreat may fall under the category of preventive care or training.
For employees: check with your employer to see if (part of) your stay can be reimbursed through the workplace expenses scheme or a prevention budget.
Through health insurance: ask your insurer if there is a reimbursement available for preventive health care.
A: To confirm your booking, we ask for a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
A: You can cancel free of charge up to 29 days before departure.
If you cancel between 28 and 14 days before departure, 50% of the booking amount is due.
From 14 days before departure, the full amount is due. We charge a €20 administration fee for cancellations.
A: Flights are not included in the retreat package.
