Feel like experimenting with some healthy recipes, but absolutely no inspiration? With these 3 summer combo’s (with the Naturall Shake from our shop) you’re on your way!

What’s the Naturall Pure Shake?

The Naturall Shake is not only full of protein, the powder also contains good fats, fibres and important vitamins and minerals. No less than fourteen essential nutrients in one shake, without sugars or artificial additives… and tasty too!

Overnight oats with summer fruit

This is what you need for 1 portion:

  • 30 grams oats
  • 1 serving Naturall Pure Shake
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 130 ml water or (plantbased) milk
  • A handful of strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries

This is how you make it:

Mix the shake, oat flakes, flaxseed and cinnamon in a bowl. Add water or plantbased milk and stir well. Cover the bowl well and let the mixture with oats soak overnight. The next morning? Stir well and finish with your favourite summer fruit!  

Tropical Coconut Nicecream

This is what you need for 1 portion:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • A handfull of frozen pineapple
  • A few spoons of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 portion Naturall Shake met kokos
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • As finishing touch: pineapple, blueberries, pomegranate, figs…

This is how you make it:

Put the frozen banana, frozen pineapple, coconut yoghurt, cinnamon and Naturall Shake in a blender (or food processor) and puree everything until you have a smooth mass. Serve with your favorite toppings and you’re ready for a healthy refreshment!

Smoothie bowl with raspberries

This is what you need for 1 bowl:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 portion Naturall Shake
  • 1 handful frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
  • The finishing touch: pistachios, grated coconut…

This is how you make it:

Put the frozen banana, the Naturall Shake, the frozen raspberries and the coconut yoghurt in a blender. Puree the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture (approximately between ice and smoothie). Spoon the smoothiebowl into a bowl and finish off with a little coconut yoghurt and toppings of your choice!
