Recipe: Vegan Parmezan Cheese

Ingredients

90 grams cashew nuts
3 tbsp nutritional yeast 
0,75 tsp sea salt 
0,25 tsp garlic powder

Preparation method


Put all ingredients in a blender and mix to a fine flour.
Keep the mixture sealed in the fridge. This way it will stay good for a few weeks!
