Preparation and cook time: 25 min.
- ¼ cup hazelnuts without skin
- ¼ cup pecannuts
- ¼ cup pumpkinseeds
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup almond meal
- (a little less than ) 1/8 cup coconut oil
- ⅛ cup xylitol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- a little bit of(himalaya)salt
- ¼ cup gojiberries
Heat up the oven to 150 ºC/302º F
Mix all ingredients, except the gojiberries and spread on a baking tray. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes. Add the gojiberries when granola has cooled off.
