Keto granola

Preparation and cook time:  25 min.

 

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup hazelnuts without skin
  • ¼ cup pecannuts
  • ¼ cup pumpkinseeds
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • (a little less than ) 1/8 cup coconut oil
  • ⅛ cup xylitol
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • a little bit of(himalaya)salt
  • ¼ cup gojiberries

 

Instructions

 

Heat up the oven to 150 ºC/302º F

Mix all ingredients, except the gojiberries and spread on a baking tray. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes. Add the gojiberries when granola has cooled off.
