Recipe: Gluten-free Vegan Cauliflower Hashbrowns

1/2 cauliflower (chopped into pieces)
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
30 grams chickpea flour or maize flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp water (optional)
1 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation method

Grind the cauliflower and onion in a blender, then put the mixture in a large bowl. 
Add the chickpea flour, garlic powder, salt and water. Mix well!
Divide the dough into 6 portions and make biscuits.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and bake the biscuits for 4 to 5 minutes on one side and turn them over.
Bake them for another 4 to 5 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
